A gin for rye lovers! Rye that has been aged in copper pots (just like the other St. George gins) left unnamed to still express the juniper taste of gin while adding almost a pickle vibe.

2 oz St. George Dry Rye Gin

3/4 oz Spiced Pear Liqueur

1/4 Yellow Chartreuse

2 Dashes Orange Bitters

Splash of simple syrup (1-1 water-sugar)

Stir over ice and garnish with lemon peel.

DRY RYE NEGRONI

1 oz St. George Dry Rye Gin
1 oz Bruto Americano
1 oz Carpano Antica Formula

Stir all ingredients with ice, then strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with orange peel.
