We are able (and more than willing) to ship within Massachusetts only. UPS is required to verify the addressee is 21 years of age or older.
Local Deliveries will not be completed without verified ID from someone 21 years of age or older.
Restocking charges will apply to refused/incomplete deliveries due to Identification issues.
