Lillet Rosé Lemonade
2 1/2 oz Lillet Rosé
1/2 oz Gin (we’re using St. George Botanivore)
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
Splash of Soda Water
In a mixing glass with ice, add simple syrup, lemon, Lillet, and Gin.
Shake vigorously
Strain into a glass filled with ice.
Top with the soda water.
Garnish with a lemon wheel.
