Roku Gin 750ml

A Japanese, juniper forward gin that has notes of green tea, coriander, cherry blossom, cardamom, and yuzu. A rich texture that coats your mouth without being overwhelming. Bitter finishing notes of gentian and wormwood, with a little bit of pepper that dissipates quickly. 

Cocktail: Roku Gimlet 

2oz Roku Gin 

0.75oz Lime Juice

0.75oz Simple Syrup 

Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass and shake. Double strain into a coup glass. Express the oils of a couple of lime peels to add more bitterness and freshness to the cocktail. Garnish with a lime peel.
