1 1/2 oz St. George Green Chile Vodka | 1 oz coconut milk |1/2 oz fresh lime juice | 1/2 oz Cointreau | 1/2 oz simple syrup | 3 cucumber slices | cucumber and pineapple for ice cubes
Ahead of time, freeze cucumber and pineapple into ice cubes. When ice is ready, muddle three slices cucumber in a shaker, then add all other ingredients. Dry shake thoroughly (no ice) until frothy, then pour over cucumber and pineapple ice cube.
